Ltd. By accessing, using, or registering for any of our services, including but not limited
to Troinbit School ERP, Troinbit POS, and Troinbit Invoice (the "Services"), you and the
entity you represent ("you," "your," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Troinverse
Technological Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Troinbit," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to
these Terms, you must not use or access our Services.
1. Services Provided
Troinbit Solutions provides Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions designed to help
businesses, institutions, and companies manage their operations more efficiently. Our
Services include, but are not limited to, Troinbit School ERP, a school management system;
Troinbit POS, a mobile point-of-sale application; and Troinbit Invoice, an invoicing
platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services
at any time, with or without notice.
2. User Accounts
Account Creation: To access our Services, you must create a user account. You agree to
provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to
keep this information updated.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disrupt, or impair our services or the business of Troinbit. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

3. Data Handling and Privacy
Data Ownership: All data you upload, submit, or transmit through our Services ("Customer
Data") remains your property. You grant Troinbit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
license to use, reproduce, and process the Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing
and improving the Services.
Data Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your Customer Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Privacy Policy: Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms for your internal business purposes only.
User Content: By submitting content to the Services, you grant Troinbit a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant us this license.

Termination by Troinbit: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We reserve the right to give you and delete all of your Customer Data from our systems after a reasonable period (e.g., 30-60 days) following termination, unless otherwise required by law.
Termination by Troinbit: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Breach of these Terms.
Non-payment of fees.
Misuse of the Services or engagement in prohibited activities.
Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our business,
reputation,
or other customers.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We reserve the right to give you and delete all of your Customer Data from our systems after a reasonable period (e.g., 30-60 days) following termination, unless otherwise required by law.
7. General Provisions
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Zimbabwe.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to arbitration in a mutually agreed-upon location.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or within the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Troinverse Technological Solutions Pvt Ltd regarding the Services.
